These workshops will either introduce you to or refresh  you to the basics of the Alexander Technique and will be held approximately once a month. Each workshop will have a focus. The next workshops (10:00-12:00) are on the following dates:-

• 17th January 2026
• 21st February 2026

Cost of workshops is £30 per person. Payment is required in full  to secure a place.

Starting from 27th March workshops applying the principles of the Alexander technique to caring for children will be run in Bury St Edmunds at Joy Connections on Angle Hill. from 1030-1200 at £15 a workshop or £60 for the 4 workshops which will be run fortnightly. In addition there will be another workshop applying the principles of the Alexander technique to pregnancy.
