These workshops will either introduce you to or refresh  you to the basics of the Alexander Technique and will be held approximately once a month. Each workshop will have a focus. The next workshops (10:00-12:00) are on the following dates:-

• 21st February 2026
• 11th April 2026
• 16th May 2026
• 13th June 2026
• 11th July 2026
• 8th August 2026

Starting from 10th April workshops applying the principles of the Alexander technique to caring for children will be run in Bury St Edmunds at Joy Connections on Angle Hill. from 1030-1200 at £15 a workshop or £60 for the 4 workshops which will be run fortnightly. In addition there will be another workshop applying the principles of the Alexander technique to pregnancy on the 18th May 2026 from 1000-1300.
